Our Olive Oil
Famous for its fruity & smooth taste
The 250 olive trees are located at an altitude of 580 m facing the Penitents cliffs of Les Mées.
This organically grown oil is mainly composed of the rich ‘aglandau’ olives, renowned for their fruitiness, their smoothness and their aromas of artichoke and almond.
Our olive oil is aged on its lees for 6 to 8 months after cold pressing, giving it its much sought-after balance.
